Cointreau Cocktail

Hello distressed party preparer ~ here is urgent recipe for Party Cocktail:

Brandy / Cointreau Cocktail - serves around 50 measures:

Carton orange juice.
Half carton pineapple or mixed juice
large bottle lemonade

Half bottle brandy [or little extra]
Half bottle cointreau [ or little extra]
bottle of white wine + bit more

lots of ice
orange slices

= just over 1 measure alcohol per drink

* you could dip the rims of the glasses in egg white and dip in sugar.
** you could colour the egg white with orange juice
*** or maybe just use orange juice?
