In-Flight Meals ... Why this ???

I've just be lucky/unlucky enough to have been served a Thomson In-Flight Meal on a 10 hour flight which included ...

Bread
Pasta
Rice
Crackers
Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Square

All on one tray !!!

Followed by snack before landing:

Panini
Victoria Sponge

Why ? !!!!!

Gillian: Lancashire, United Kingdom; Professional Busy Person, Freelance Writer and Blogger. Perpetual Motion is the name given to me by my father-in-law as I have so much energy, I struggle to keep still. Now I realise I probably have ADHD - well, at least HD - which I find useful most of the time.
