Fry pieces of chicken in drop of oil, little salt, pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice over and cook.
Just before finished, add soy sauce.
That's it !!
Set on top of salad.
Simple. Quick. Cheap. Yummy. Makes you look like a good cook !!
