* Dairy Foods [ie Cream]
* Fizzy drinks [Any]
* Yeasty foods [ie Bread and Beer]
* Sugary foods [Anything with sugar on especially]
* Starch and Protein eaten together [ie Steak Sandwich]
* Junk food of any kind
* Salt [Salt increases water retention]
