Something Fishy here ...

I know it's summer and all things green and salady but for those rainy days, a Fish Pie is soooo easy to make, feeds lots of people easily and it's inexpensive. Plus, you can use those tiny tomatoes you've probably grown in a pot in your garden, yard, sun lounge or patio during the summer.

Ok, this is how easy it all is ...
You will need ...

Some fish- preferably fresh - [a small piece for each person]
A few potatoes
Small tin Garden Peas
Drop of Milk,
Leftover Chunk of Cheese
Salt, Pepper, Black Pepper
Going-soft Tomatoes

Make up enough mashed potatoes for half of your dish
Put the fish, salt, pepper, drop of milk in a shallow dish
Cook for a few minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle with the drained peas
Spread the mash on top [you may need to drain some of the liquid off the fish first]
Sprinkle with cheese
Add sliced tomatoes
Sprinkle with black pepper
Put back in the oven [quite hot] to cook off the tomatoes and crisp the cheese.

Done !
Eat !
Enjoy, Gillian
