Cucumber Relish

Quick Cucumber Relish:

Half Cucumber - chopped into small cubes

Mix these ingredients together and pour over chopped cucumber.
Juice from small Lime
Teaspoon Soy Sauce
Half teaspoon Sugar

Serve alongside Thai Chicken Burgers

* Cool - Serve sour cream dressing too !
