Wednesday was the 1st International Day of Happiness.
Apologies for the late felicitations ~ I was busy writing and presenting my resources and activities to help our elders, people living with dementia, carers, family, friends and visitors interact and enjoy sharing time together to increase well-being.
After the daily duties of living, most people requiring some extra care or support said that conversation, just talking, telling and listening to stories of interest was one of the pastimes that made them happy.
So, why not pop in to see an elderly neighbour, put the kettle on, have a cuppa ~ and a chat.
Happy Days
Gillian
